On-Call Youth Housing Support Staff

Cocoon House is seeking a dedicated On-Call Youth Housing Support Staff to join our Social Services department. This role is crucial in addressing homelessness among youth by offering support and fostering their transition to independence. As part of an inclusive and empowering work environment, you will engage in case management, provide crisis intervention, and promote skill development for vulnerable youth.

The position requires empathy, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to connect with individuals in need and work collaboratively with other staff. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, and prior experience in social services or working with youth is advantageous.
