Young Adult Housing Case Manager

Cocoon House seeks a Young Adult Housing Case Manager to support young adults experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Snohomish County. In this role, you'll manage a small caseload, conduct intakes and housing assessments, and develop individualized service and housing stability plans. You'll provide trauma-informed, strengths-based support, teach independent living skills, and coordinate access to benefits, education, employment, and healthcare.

The Case Manager partners with landlords, community agencies, and internal program teams to secure and maintain safe housing, while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to funder and agency requirements. This on-site, community-based position is ideal for someone passionate about youth empowerment, harm reduction, and working collaboratively to end youth homelessness.
