Housing Case Manager – Full Time

Compensation: $24–$26 per hour

Specialty Medical Staffing currently seeking a Housing Case Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the Everett, WA area. This role will support individuals transitioning into or maintaining stable housing through case management, resource coordination, and ongoing client support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field
• OR minimum 2+ years of experience in case management or supportive housing
• At least 1 year of experience providing housing-related services
• Strong knowledge of housing systems, tenant rights, and compliance
• Ability to manage crisis situations and work with diverse populations

• Support clients before move-in through assessments and housing application assistance
• Create personalized housing stability plans based on client needs
• Help clients identify housing options and apply for rental subsidies
• Provide ongoing tenancy support and address issues before they elevate
• Coach clients on tenant rights, lease terms, and housing expectations
• Help resolve disputes with landlords, property managers, and neighbors
• Link clients with community services that strengthen long-term housing stability
• Keep thorough and accurate case notes and documentation
• Work closely with housing providers, agencies, and community partners
