Compass Health is hiring a Youth Support Partner / Peer Counselor to join the Child, Youth & Family Crisis Team in Snohomish County. You will provide emotional support, mentorship, and advocacy to youth and families in behavioral health crises.
This full-time role requires lived experience or caregiver experience, a Washington State Peer Counselor Certification, and plan to obtain Agency Affiliated Counselor status if not already credentialed. 21+ with WA license is needed.
