We are hiring a Case Manager to work with children and families coordinating and facilitating delivery of services in community locations. This includes designing and developing individualized plans in collaboration with community and provider teams and family members to support children and youth to reach their goals and achieve permanency.

Location:

You will be in the Snohomish office at least once a week. Duties will have you in:
Snohomish and Skagit counties Wage: $ Program Number: 039

Shifts:

Monday - Friday, must be available to work evenings, weekends, and on call.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Services or a closely related field.
• 1 year experience working with youth and families in a setting as outlined in the job description (Child Placing Agency Contract requirement).
• SA provides one-hour Master's level consultation for every twenty hours the Case Manager works.

Exceptional

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Services or a closely related field.
• 1 year experience working with youth and families in a setting as outlined in the job description.

Licensing and

Certifications:

• Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license.
• Current driver license, car, and car insurance.
• TB Test:
  Within 7 days of first day of employment, or prior to working on site (whichever comes first).
• Ability to obtain: agency affiliated counselor in the State of Washington under Department of Health healthcare professional credentialing guidelines.
