The Supported Living Site Manager is a compassionate,organized, and creative leader responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, staffing, and support services for individuals receiving supported living services in their homes. This position plays a key role in ensuring quality care, staff development, regulatory compliance, and meaningful community inclusion for the people we support.

Experience supporting individuals with Autism, dual diagnoses, and person-centered plan writing is preferred, but not required.

This position requires participation in an on-call management rotation and may involve responding to emergencies and other support needs outside regular business hours.

• Mustbe at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in a related field and two (2) years of supervisory experience, OR
  • Two(2) years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Abilityto successfully pass a Washington State criminal background check and FBI fingerprint check upon hire and every three years thereafter.
• Demonstratedability to:
  • Organize,prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation.
  • Work independently and complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Leadteams and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication, supervision, and teamwork skills.
• Experience coordinating medical, nursing, or healthcare supports is helpful but not required.
• Proficiency with computers and common office software.
• Valid Washington State driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile liability insurance.
• Abilityto transport staff and individuals served to appointments, shopping,community activities, and other agency-related functions as needed.
• Abilityto work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, andon-call shifts.

$27.00 per hour
* Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | non-exempt
