Job DescriptionComejoin our Youth Sports team! Our Y is looking for individuals tohelp volunteer coach our Developmental Basketball League!
Shift Options:
Practice options:
Monday
- Thursday (1 hr practice, once a week, with games on Saturdays)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement activitiesandserveasapositiverolemodelforyouth
- Lead a team ranging from 8-12 players in practices and games each week focusing on teaching the basic fundamentals of basketball
- Candidates should be enthusiastic, motivating and able to relate well toyoung children
- Some knowledge and experience playing organized sports. Sample practice plans available as a reference.
