Transdev in Everett WA, is hiring a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher oversees road service through communication with Operatorsandprovidescustomersupporttotheclients. Weareseekingcustomerservice-orientedprofessionalswho are dedicated to safety.

Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:

+ Starting pay is $27.30 with progression to $30.68 over 4 years.

* Vacation: up to 14 days per year

* Paid Sick Leave: 8 hrs monthly for full-time employees/ 5 hrs monthly for part-time employees; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Overseeroadserviceassignedcarriersbytrackingtripperformancemeasures,routebeginontime, performance, incidents, etc.

+ Providecustomersupportbyrespondingtoquestionsandconcernsregardingcustomertrips,includingno shows, cancellations, and missed trips.

+ Manageemergencysituationsforvehicleoperators;actasliaisonbetweenthecarrierandemergency services.

Managedailyservicebyreviewingrouteperformanceandproactivelyrespondingtosituationsthatimpact customer service.

+ Otherdutiesasrequired.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diplomaor GED;

+ Technical Degree preferred.

+ 3-5years'experiencedispatching.

+ Excellent verbal,interpersonalandcustomerserviceskills.

+ Problemsolvingandanalyticalskills.

+ Mustbeabletoworkshiftsorflexibleworkschedulesasneeded.
