Dispatcher

Transdev in Everett, WA, is hiring a dispatcher. The dispatcher oversees road service through communication with operators and provides customer support to clients. We are seeking customer‑service‑oriented professionals dedicated to safety.

• Starting pay is $27.30, progressing to $30.68 over 4 years.

• Vacation: up to 14 days per year

• Oversee road service for assigned carriers by tracking tripper performance measures, route begin time, performance, incidents, etc.
• Provide customer support by responding to questions and concerns regarding customer trips, including no‑shows, cancellations, and missed trips.
• Manage emergency situations for vehicle operators; act as liaison between the carrier and emergency services. Review daily route performance and proactively respond to situations that impact customer service.
• Other duties as required.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Technical degree preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience dispatching.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.

• The essential functions require the ability to: work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity; sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk long distances on possibly sloped or uneven surfaces; push/pull objects up to 25 pounds and lift materials up to 50 lbs.

• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
