Delivery Specialist

Compensation

Pay Range: $20.77 - $26.75 per hour, with potential for additional premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers safely and efficiently.
• Use delivery fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform pre‑operational inspections, and secure keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, devices, and collected monies.
• Collect money on COD deliveries and pick up customer returns, including warranty and cores, and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate customer needs or problems to store management and report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damage immediately.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled and lock vehicle at the end of the day.
• Clock in/out per company policy.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned, such as customer service, stocking, merchandising, and core returns handling.

• Legally required state driver's license and meeting company mandated driving eligibility requirements.
• Driving record must meet the 14/18‑point record system standard.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.

• Familiarity with automotive parts.
• Experience operating light store equipment.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
