Transdev in Everett WA, is hiring a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher oversees road service through communication with Operators and provides customer support to the clients. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

• Starting pay is $27.30 with progression to $30.68 over 4 years.

• Vacation: up to 14 days per year
• Paid Sick Leave: 8 hrs monthly for full-time employees/ 5 hrs monthly for part-time employees; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.

• Overseeroadserviceassignedcarriersbytrackingtripperformancemeasures,routebeginontime, performance, incidents, etc.
• Providecustomersupportbyrespondingtoquestionsandconcernsregardingcustomertrips,includingno shows, cancellations, and missed trips.
• Manageemergencysituationsforvehicleoperators;actasliaisonbetweenthecarrierandemergency services.
  
  Managedailyservicebyreviewingrouteperformanceandproactivelyrespondingtosituationsthatimpact customer service.
• Otherdutiesasrequired.

• High School Diplomaor GED;
• Technical Degree preferred.
• 3-5years'experiencedispatching.
• Excellent verbal,interpersonalandcustomerserviceskills.
• Problemsolvingandanalyticalskills.
• Mustbeabletoworkshiftsorflexibleworkschedulesasneeded.

• Withstandheavytrafficareaswhileperformingthedutiesofthejob;tolerateexposuretoconsiderable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
