Warehouse Specialist 1-3
Location:
Everett, Washington, United States. Permanent, full-time. Salary range: $34,660 - $59,400 annually.
- Read part picklists and fulfill parts from inventory locations.
- Execute product issuance and moves in ERP system.
- Part mark per specification.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, dollies, manual and power pallet jacks.
- Receive packages, materials, and supplies and verify quantity and quality against shipping and packing slips.
- Inspect products for defects and damages.
- Enter and update inventory levels in the system.
- Prepare orders and ensure they are complete, accurate, and ready for delivery.
- Load and unload deliveries as needed.
- Assist in stocking shelves and organizing the warehouse.
- Transport materials throughout the factory.
- Wrap/unwrap pallets.
- Create and label product per material handling requirements.
- Perform various housekeeping tasks to keep work areas clean and safe.
- Work cooperatively with other employees to accomplish warehouse goals.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Additional duties assigned by Warehouse Lead.
- Certified to operate and teach material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies.
- Prioritize individual workload and delegate tasks to Warehouse Specialist I.
- Package product per ATA 300 specifications.
- Read part picklists and fulfill parts from inventory locations.

- Ensure document record retention requirements are met to support product certification.

- Manage part shortage and exception list through ERP system and Excel.

- Perform part capture and control activity to support engineering change incorporation.?
- Support and coach Warehouse Specialist I.
- Resolve inventory and ERP system discrepancies.
- Perform various housekeeping tasks to keep work areas clean and safe.
- Work cooperatively with other employees to accomplish warehouse goals.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Additional duties assigned by Warehouse Lead.
- Prioritize, assign, and delegate tasks to other warehouse specialists.
- Certified to operate and teach material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies.
- Ensure product packaging per ATA 300 specifications.
- Run action reports to generate work orders for the warehouse team.
- Oversee and coach Warehouse Specialist II and I.
- Ensure product issuance and moves in ERP system are done properly, resolving discrepancies when discovered.
- Receive packages, materials, and supplies and verify quantity and quality.
- Ensure document record retention requirements are met to support product certification.
- Ensure warehouse supplies are ordered and replenished.
- Oversee dunnage and waste removal requirements.
- Oversee and maintain shelf‑life material.
- Ensure ERP system inventory level accuracy.
- Manage part shortage and exception list through ERP system and Excel.
- Improve warehouse layout to increase operational efficiency.
- Perform part capture and control activity to support engineering change incorporation.
- Resolve inventory and ERP system discrepancies.
- Perform various housekeeping tasks to keep work areas clean and safe.
- Work cooperatively with other employees to accomplish warehouse goals.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Additional duties assigned by Warehouse Lead.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- More than 3 years of warehouse experience.
- Ability to communicate with others.
- Basic mathematic calculations.
- Understanding of customer expectations.
- Follow written procedures.
- Self‑motivated.
- Problem‑solving / troubleshooting.
- Attention to detail.
- Prioritize, multitask effectively, and work under pressure.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Hearing and vision within normal ranges essential for safe conduct on the manufacturing floor and to meet job responsibilities.
- Work as a group or independently.
