Warehouse Coordinator

We're looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to help keep our technicians equipped and our operations running smoothly.

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory, stocking service vehicles, coordinating parts procurement, and maintaining company equipment and vehicles. This role plays a critical part in ensuring technicians have the tools, parts, and supplies they need to serve customers efficiently.

• High school diploma
• Valid driver s license
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain a drug-free workplace
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technicians and office staff
• Ability to lift 50 - 75lbs and handle warehouse materials
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment when needed

• Track and maintain accurate warehouse inventory levels
• Ensure service trucks and vehicles are properly stocked daily
• Source and purchase parts and equipment in a cost-effective manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
• Oversee routine maintenance and service schedules for company vehicles
• Manage equipment logs and coordinate repairs when needed
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments and track deliveries
• Communicate with technicians to ensure they have the parts and tools needed for jobs
• Maintain records and reports related to inventory, orders and vehicle maintenance
