Lead Process Technician - 2nd Shift, Leo

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Lead Process Technician to join our fast‑paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will oversee a team of technicians, coordinate inbound and outbound processes, and ensure optimal productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and a keen eye for process improvement to drive the team’s success in meeting service‑level agreements and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Mentor, lead and develop a team of technicians with a focus on safety, people, quality, planning and sustainability.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and service level agreements.
• Facilitate shift handovers and communicate important information to transportation, quality, planners, procurement, and other related departments to resolve problems.
• Provide performance coaching and support to team members.
• Oversee and coordinate inbound and/or outbound processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper equipment usage.
• Monitor and prioritize urgent requests and high‑priority tasks.
• Collaborate with your team on process improvements.
• Maintain quality control and accuracy in warehouse operations.
• Ensure proper inventory management and storage practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain operational efficiency.

As a Lead Process Technician, you will manage daily warehouse operations, coordinate inbound receiving and order fulfillment, and maintain service level agreements and quality standards. Your responsibilities include addressing urgent requests, ensuring proper labor distribution, communicating with stakeholders to track performance metrics, and adjusting processes to meet operational targets.

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Experience working with SAP/ERP systems.
• Experience leading a team.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying.
• Must be able to stand up to 10 hours a day.
• Ability to work flexible shift assignments, including overtime and weekends, in a 24/7 operation environment.

• Experience in an inventory or analytical role.
• General understanding of lean manufacturing.
• Experience with in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing fields.
• Detail oriented, organized, and demonstrates a high sense of urgency.

The base salary range for this position is 29.00 – 48.00 USD hourly. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
