Job Description

We are seeking a Material Handling Stores Clerk to join our dynamic team on first shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) in Everett. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and material fulfillment and a proven ability to maintain accurate inventory, fulfill training material requests, and ensure compliant logistics and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize supply materials used for training.
• Receive, stock, and deliver incoming supplies.
• Receive and store material in the local warehouse and maintain a satellite location.
• Pick and fulfill warehouse requests for class training needs.
• Assist employees and trainers in locating and pulling required supplies.
• Package and ship materials to offsite training facilities.
• Maintain inventory and supply logs in compliance with company requirements.
• Perform annual physical inventory counts.
• Submit restock orders to the designated focal.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with warehouse receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and logs.
• Competence with basic shipping, packaging, and labeling procedures.
• Customer service mindset to support trainers and employees in material needs.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Experience supporting training or educational operations.
