Healthonomic Primary Care is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Primary Care Internal Medicine Physician (MD) to join our full-time outpatient team.

How you can contribute to the Healthonomic team:
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient care for a diverse patient population
  • Diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic conditions
  • Participate in quality improvement programs and internal audits
  • Ensure accurate CPT coding and compliance with clinical standards
  • Maintain timely documentation aligned with HIPAA and internal policies
  • Complete CME activities and maintain all licensure and certifications
Requirements
  • M.D. with board certification (or eligibility) in Internal Medicine
  • Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license and DEA registration
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Credentialed or eligible for credentialing with affiliated hospitals
  • Eligible to participate in Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance panels
  • Strong commitment to community-focused care, collaboration, and excellence
