• Perform mobility exercises and assist residents in performing Activities of Daily Living.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Unencumbered State of Illinois C.N.A. certificate and CPR certification.
• One year of Restorative Nursing Aide experience.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and work in a team setting.
