Expected pay for this position is $44.21 - $52.01/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Mammography /Breast Ultrasound technologist performs high quality breast imaging and procedures while under the general supervision of a licensed practitioner, within the scope of their license, and in accordance with department procedures and protocols. Demonstrates knowledge of imaging techniques according to established standards and practices of the American College of Radiology and Mammography Quality Standards Act. Demonstrates professional behavior/conduct in all interactions;

fosters teamwork, efficient use of resources and quality patient outcomes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education:
  
  Associates
• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  ARRT-American Registry of Radiologic Techs RT(R)(M); IEMA
• Ultrasound: ARDMS or ARRT within 12 months of hire
• Experience:
  
  One year Mammography experience required
• Other skills/knowledge:
  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• One year Breast Ultrasound experience.
• One year of Mammography experience
