Join the dedicated team at Legacy Healthcare LLC’s Avantara Evergreen Park facility in Evergreen Park, IL. We are looking for a registered nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, individualized care to our residents.

Base pay: $43.00/hr - $45.00/hr sign‑on bonus: $3,000 for full‑time; $1,500 for part‑time. Same‑day pay available. Yearly pay range: $89,440.00 – $94,000.00.

As an RN, you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your duties include providing medication and nursing care according to each resident’s care plan; conducting resident assessments; leading the clinical team; and advocating for residents’ needs. You will maintain high standards of care to keep residents comfortable and safe.

• Unencumbered State of Illinois RN license.
• Prior RN experience preferred; we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
• Strong knowledge of medication administration and resident care.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
