Sage Group Health Care Staffing is looking for RN Operating Room Manage
r dynamic Operating Room Unit and oversee clinical and operational excellence across a busy surgical services department. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced OR nurse ready to drive patient safety, team performance, and efficient surgical operations .
Shift: 8-Hour Days | Start as early as 6:30 AM
Pay: $66.23–$77.91/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 with 2-year commitment
Relocation Assistance: Available
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily OR operations, staffing, and surgical workflow .
- Ensure safe, high-quality perioperative patient care.
- Lead, coach, and develop surgical nursing and support teams.
- Partner with surgeons, anesthesia, and leadership to optimize patient flow.
- Drive quality, safety, compliance, and operational improvement .
- Oversee department resources, equipment, and performance.
- Current RN license
- BLS certification
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Hospital or ambulatory surgery center experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
