Shift: 8-Hour Days Sign on Bonus: $20,000k with a 2 year commitment Qualifications
- Valid Illinois (IL) Registered Nurse license (required or in-progress).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Operating Room (OR).
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a clinical/surgical environment.
- Clinical
Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency in Circulating within the OR (required).
- Basic Life Support (
BLS
) certification required. - Certified Perioperative Nurse (
CNOR
) credential - Screening Clearances: Ability to complete standard healthcare placement verifications (Drug Screen, Physical, TB test, Color Vision test, and IL Child Abuse Registry search).
- Employment Type: Direct Hire position with long-term placement stability (36-month assignment structure).
