The Automotive BDC Sales Associate at Subaru Evergreen Park will be responsible for assisting the Business Development Center (BDC) and Internet Sales Manager in various tasks related to managing sales leads and online sales activities.

• Assist in tracking, managing, and following up on sales leads in the BDC system plus follow up with unsold showroom customers
• Support the Internet Sales Manager in nginx responding to online inquiries and communicating with potential customers
• Help maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from online to in-person

• Prior experience in automotive sales or automotive customer service
• Proven track record of successful experience in automotive BDC department
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Familiarity with CRM software and online sales platforms such as VINsolutions
