We currently have a client in Evergreen, AL looking for a Traveling Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services, including evaluation and treatment for pediatric to older adult patients based on diagnosed conditions.

13 Weeks (Temporary) – 5x8 Days

Candidates must possess strong efficiency and attention to detail, knowledge of procedures and patient safety. Compassion and sensitivity are prerequisites; the ideal candidate is a critical thinker who can act quickly in emergencies.

• Proven experience as Speech Language Pathologist.
• Graduate of a master’s level program in Speech Language Pathology accredited by Education Standards Board or meeting ASHA certification requirements.
• Must possess independent decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.

Work Experience:

At least 2 years of SLP experience.

• Provide therapy to maximize speech, language, cognitive and swallowing abilities.
• Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and team; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
• Handle responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards and applicable state/federal laws.
