Key Responsibilities

* Diverse Project Load:
Carry out installations, servicing, and maintenance across domestic, commercial, and specialized contract sites.

* Critical Response:
Support essential emergency and service contracts to ensure high first-time-fix rates.

* Quality Assurance:
Maintain rigorous safety standards in line with Gas Safe regulations and company policy.

* Customer Excellence:
Act as a professional face of the company by providing clear communication to clients on-site.

What You’ll Need

* Qualifications:

Valid Gas Safe registration (CCN1, CENWAT, etc.). Commercial tickets (COCN1) are a significant advantage.

* Experience:

Proven track record in diagnostics, servicing, and installation within the HVAC or Plumbing industry.

* Mindset: A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

* Requirements: A full UK driving license.
