As our Safety Program Administrator, you'll help bring these values to life every day.
What You’ll Do Own Critical Safety SystemsServe as the primary administrator and subject matter resource for safety compliance platforms including:
- HCSS
- HCSS Safety Pro
- Safety Reports
- ISNetworld
- LMS/Bridge
- Other safety and compliance systems
Ensure information is accurate, current, compliant, and actionable.
Drive Compliance ExcellenceInterpret and apply:
- Company safety policies
- OSHA and HIOSH requirements
- Client safety requirements
- Internal procedures and standards
Identify documentation gaps, credentialing needs, training deficiencies, and corrective‑action requirements before they become problems.
Analyze:
- Near‑misses
- Audit findings
- Inspection results
- Training compliance records
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, then help drive solutions.
Conduct Audits & Verify AccountabilityPerform regular audits of:
- Training records
- Safety documentation
- Inspection records
- Compliance systems
- Corrective‑action tracking
Verify completion and ensure accountability across the organization.
Advise Internal StakeholdersPartner closely with:
- Safety Leadership
- Operations Teams
- HR
- Learning & Development
Provide guidance regarding compliance requirements, documentation standards, training obligations, and system‑related issues.
Recommend enhancements to:
- Reporting processes
- Tracking systems
- Documentation practices
- Compliance monitoring procedures
Help make safety processes smarter, faster, and more effective.
Communicate What Matters- Reports
- Presentations
- Compliance summaries
- Trend analyses
Provide leadership with meaningful insights that support informed decision‑making.
Support Safety Committees & Department OperationsAssist with:
- Meeting coordination
- Action‑item tracking
- Training records
- Documentation management
- Safety committee initiatives
- Department administrative support
You are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable. You enjoy bringing order to complexity and take pride in getting things right.
Experience- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Administrative support
- Safety support
- Learning management systems
- HR systems
- Construction administration
- Or a related field
- Strong proficiency in:
- Microsoft Word
- Excel
- Power Point
- Outlook
- Teams
- Experience with:
- HCSS
- Safety Reports
- LMS/Bridge
- Similar compliance systems preferred
- Exceptional organization and follow‑through
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prepare accurate reports and documentation
