Retail Pharmacy Associate - Inventory

Starting wage: $17.00–$19.00

The role is for individuals who work on their feet, maintain focus and accuracy, and seek opportunities for wage increases through performance.

• Count and record inventory with precision, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS and expiration dates for medical devices and medication.
• Follow a clear and consistent workflow using a playbook for success.
• Move between inventory locations, walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals and qualify for productivity‑based wage increases.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in pharmacy, retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver or warehouse work is preferred.
• No inventory experience required; training will be provided.
• Preferred: prior experience in a healthcare setting such as a hospital, clinic, pharmacy or medical office.
• Completion of pharmacy and hospital training certification, if required.
• Compliance with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including screening, PPE, and confidentiality requirements.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning to use handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Encouraging applications from candidates with no degree, those returning to the workforce, or with military experience.

• Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen.

The position requires frequent travel by car, occasionally by air, standing for prolonged periods, walking, repetitive hand motions with both hands and wrists, squatting, kneeling, crouching, using a step stool, and lifting or carrying items up to 25 pounds.
