Step Ahead ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for one client in Ewa Beach, Hawaii.
Schedule:
Mon–Fri afternoons, about 15 hours per week. Exact session times: M-F 3:30pm-6:30pm.
You deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan authored by the BCBA. Supervision includes QA/IOA checks, data collection, and notes. Non-billable time is paid at $16 per hour; the organization supports growth via the RBT Leveling System and Capella University partnership.
