PM Hotel Group is seeking a Dual Branded Reservations Agent for their Hyatt Place + Hyatt House location in Ho'opili, HI. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responding to their needs and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least six months of customer service experience. The position requires a friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to communicate professionally with guests.
