PM Hotel Group is seeking a friendly front desk associate to be the face of the hotel experience in Hawaii. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and communicate local restaurant and entertainment options to enhance stays.
Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and may have 3–6 months in guest services. You will handle cash, operate the PMS and guest databases, and adapt to a dynamic, team-oriented environment including nights, weekends, and holidays.
