Parts Coordinator - Parts Inventory

Position Overview

Location:

Kapolei, HI.

Work schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The Parts Coordinator is responsible for overseeing parts ordering, receiving, cataloging, inventory, and reconciliation of all parts at a single location. The role also processes Purchase Orders and vendor payment requests to ensure the correct part is purchased from the right vendor and maintains inventory levels to maximize customer uptime.

• Execute parts inventory management processes including physical inventory, parts ordering, receiving, coordinating parts pickup and delivery, and stocking inventory.
• Process invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain records and statistics such as min‑max levels for inventory control.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory counts.
• Manage parts obsolescence and handle warranty and parts returns to vendors.
• Maintain parts room organization and cleanliness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Two (2) years or more of inventory and parts administration/clerical experience (preferred).
• Experience managing automotive, heavy‑duty truck, or heavy‑duty equipment parts inventory.
• Strong computer skills, including spreadsheet and word processing software (advanced, required).
• Safety Sensitive: must adhere to Ryder's Safety Standards, wear safety shoes, and may operate a pallet jack.

Hourly pay: $26.00 per hour (maximum). The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on level and type.
