Pearl Hawaii Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, drive growth in membership, loans, and deposits, and supervise MSS and Loan Officer staff at the Ewa Beach branch.
You will coordinate branch lending, ensure exceptional member service, and lead staff development, with responsibilities for training, coaching, and performance reviews. A 4-year degree and 5+ years in lending/branch operations are preferred.
