As our Field Tech , you will be the face of our finishing work to the clients. Your primary focus is delivering high-quality, polished results while fostering clear communication and maintaining a professional presence. This position offers a perfect balance of consistency, meaningful work, and long-term skill development—ideal for a detail-oriented professional committed to excellence.
This Field Tech role requires the demonstrated ability to work carefully, communicate effectively, follow safety protocols, and maintain a professional appearance. This role is intended to be a full-time hourly position, based at the job site, reports to the Project Lead, and works closely with the rest of the onsite team.
K EY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :- Hang, tape, patch, and finish drywall in occupied condos and apartments
- Mix, apply, and finish stucco to match existing interior and exterior surfaces
- Perform texture matching and blending to seamlessly integrate repairs with surrounding finishes
- Install and remove dust and debris protection daily
- Reset vanities, cabinets, and light fixtures as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate clearly with project leads, teammates, and residents
- Follow safety protocols and company quality standards
- Maintain, foster, and develop productive relationships including with co-workers, other departments, clients, subcontractors, and vendors

KEY REQUIREMENTS:- 0-1+ years of proven experience with drywall hanging, taping, patching, and stucco application and finishing
- Demonstrated ability to match and blend stucco textures to existing surfaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Team player with a positive "no job is too big or too small" attitude
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50–100 lbs., walk regularly, and climb steps occasionally
- Must be 18+, authorized to work in the US
