Location:
Ewing, NJ (100% Onsite) Duration: 6–8 Weeks (FMLA Coverage) We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist/Data Entry Specialist to support daily operations for a temporary assignment. This role will serve as the front desk point of contact while also assisting with data entry and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls (low-volume reception area) Perform accurate and timely data entry to support business operations Provide general administrative support to internal teams Assist with payroll-related data entry and documentation as needed Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy
Qualifications:
Prior administrative, receptionist, or data entry experience Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience with payroll and/or union environments is a plus Familiarity with Sage accounting software is preferred This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, organized, and available to step into a short-term assignment with immediate impact.
