Position Overview

Student Accounts Assistant – Student Worker (Office of Student Accounts)

Hours:

15 per week maximum

Term:
August 22, 2026 – May 28, 2027

Compensation: $17 per hour

Main Responsibilities
  • Front desk coverage including answering phones and emails.
  • Respond to office emails and telephone assistance.
  • Social media review and updates.
  • Spreadsheet analysis and reconciliation.
  • Support office team with tasks/projects.
  • Account review and analysis.
Learning Objectives
  • Strengthen oral communication and writing skills.
  • Strengthen understanding of financial literacy and management.
  • Working knowledge of business leadership and office etiquette.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Desire to work in a business setting and support office with a team approach.
