Job Description

We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and business-focused Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to build strong partnerships with business stakeholders and help connect business priorities with technology and digital solutions. This role will act as a trusted advisor, helping shape demand, drive innovation, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of relationship management, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and support growth and transformation.

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders.
• Understand business priorities, challenges, and opportunities, and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Serve as a bridge between business and technology teams to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Support governance, planning discussions, and executive-level engagement.

Demand Shaping & Growth

• Identify and shape new opportunities aligned to business goals.
• Help prioritize initiatives, develop business cases, and support investment decisions.
• Manage a portfolio of opportunities and programs that support growth and transformation.
• Contribute to account growth through strategic collaboration and opportunity development.

• Experience in the Life Sciences industry preferred, with understanding of domain priorities, regulatory landscape, and business processes across areas such as R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, or Digital Transformation.
• Well versed in Generative AI, digital innovation, and emerging industry trends, with the ability to identify opportunities and bring relevant ideas to business stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging data, AI, and technology-led solutions to drive business value and transformation outcomes.
