Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and analytical individual to join our Health Partnerships team at Wolters Kluwer. This position is perfect for someone who excels at creating efficient processes, insightful dashboards, KPIs, and delivering high-quality financial models and presentations to executives.
Hybrid Work EnvironmentThis position involves working in a hybrid model, requiring you to meet in the closest office (ET/CT) eight days a month to foster connections with colleagues. You will report directly to the Business Development - Strategy Director and work alongside the Group Vice President, Partnerships. For your convenience, you can find local office locations nationwide.
Key Qualifications- 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Analytics, strategic partnerships, business development, management consulting, or corporate strategy, with a strong focus on the healthcare sector.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in translating business objectives into structured metrics, dashboards, and templates.
- Familiarity with licensing models including data, content, SaaS, or professional services.
- Proficient in creating visual data representations using Power BI or similar tools.
- Understanding of Salesforce and CRM analytics is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to tell compelling stories backed by data.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects within a matrix organization.
- A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or relevant graduate degree is highly preferred.
- Establish the Partnerships & Licensing Foundation: Design standardized workflows, processes, and governance tools to maintain consistency across partnerships and licensing initiatives.
- Create templates and documents that outline business cases, partner assessments, licensing agreements, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain a repository of standards for partnership policies, including scope definitions, renewal structures, and pricing frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in all partnership activities and documentation.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting structures to track performance metrics across partnership activities.
- Identify and analyze data trends to extract actionable insights that inform decision‑making.
- Build financial models for deal evaluation and forecasting scenarios.
- Create polished presentations that synthesize data and provide clear narratives and recommendations to support new partnerships and manage existing ones.
- Contribute to internal updates and reviews with data‑driven storytelling.
- Utilize standardized formats to ensure clarity and consistency in all communication materials.
