This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Ewing, NJ. The Customer Service Manager will lead and oversee customer service operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. This includes managing a team, resolving customer inquiries, implementing effective service strategies, and monitoring performance metrics. The role will also require analysing customer service trends and optimising processes to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
Qualifications- Proven abilities in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating customer service metrics and improving processes
- Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with teams and customers
- Leadership and team management experience
- Proficiency in CRM tools and customer service software
- Prior experience in a customer‑facing role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous
