TD Bank - - Responsibilities:
Perform customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments efficiently;
Balance cash drawers and ATMs and Teller Cash Recyclers as necessary;
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns using standard procedures;
Educate customers on self-service/digital options that meet their needs;
Act as an advocate for the customer by conducting needs-based conversations and referring to appropriate partner for solutions
