• Execute TD’s Brand promise by delivering a Legendary Customer experience in TD Store locations.
• Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments) accurately and efficiently.
• Process cash transactions: cashing checks, verifying currency, balancing cash drawer, and night deposits with high accuracy.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns using standard procedures; escalate to management as needed.
• Engage in lobby leadership by guiding customer flow, welcoming customers, and directing appropriately.
• Understand customer banking preferences and educate on self-service/digital options that meet needs.
• Advocate for customers through needs-based conversations; offer financial and digital solutions or refer to appropriate partners.
• Make sound decisions and provide timely problem resolution; escalate difficult issues to management when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act) to minimize risk.
• Verify customer identities following authentication policies and procedures.
• Balance cash drawers, ATMs, and Teller Cash Dispensers/Recyclers as needed.
• Adhere to safe deposit box procedures and operational guidelines.
• Maintain cash drawer and vault cash limits; secure cash at all times.
• Protect customer information; ensure confidential data is securely stored.
• Follow dual control and all security/audit measures to minimize potential loss.
• Complete required in-classroom and online training by established due dates.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months work-related experience preferred; or equivalent demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience.
• Ability to work during operating hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled.
• Demonstrated customer service skills; strong organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced and changing environment; excellent communication skills (concise, clear, and consistent).
