Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ewing, NJ. The Designer / Specifier will be responsible for creating detailed specifications, layouts, and renderings for commercial interior projects, collaborating with clients to meet their design needs. Responsibilities include space planning, furniture selection, preparing 3-D CAD layouts, and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely project delivery. The role also involves sourcing materials, managing design documentation, and aligning design solutions with project budgets.

Active communication with clients and internal teams will be essential.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in space planning, 3-D CAD layouts, and rendering software
  • Experience with furniture specification, procurement, and architectural interiors
  • Strong organizational skills to manage project documentation and logistics
  • Knowledge of commercial interior design and industry standards
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with clients and teams
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in design software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar applications is a plus
