** Job Details
** Jefferson Medical Group is seeking an experienced Non-Operative Orthopedic Physician to join our outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine team in Bucks County, PA. This role focuses exclusively on non-surgical management of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions within a collaborative, high-volume practice.  Orthopedic surgeons looking to transition into a non-operative role are also encouraged to apply.
** Job Description
*** MD or DO Board Certified/Eligible in Primary Care Sports Medicine or Orthopedic Surgery
* Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Pennsylvania
* 2–3 years of post-training experience strongly preferred
* Proficiency in MSK ultrasound (diagnostic and therapeutic) welcomed but not required
* Strong understanding of orthopedic and MSK conditions including shoulder, knee, hip, elbow, spine, hands, and feet
* Ability to collaborate effectively with orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine providers
* Clear understanding of when to refer patients for surgical evaluation
** Position Details:
*** Non-operative role — no surgical responsibilities
* Outpatient practice within a multispecialty JMG environment
* Ability to see 30–35 patients per day
* Treat and manage:  + Acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries  + Fractures  + Bracing and splinting needs  + Non-surgical management of common orthopedic conditions
* Opportunity to use MSK ultrasound for diagnosis and injections (optional)
