The School of Business seeks a temporary Adjunct Faculty member for the Fall 2026 semester.
Responsibilities:Promoting the mission and vision of the TCNJ School of Business.
Providing engaging, enthusiastic, and student-centered teaching to undergraduates.
Establishing a professional classroom atmosphere that encourages mutual respect and civil engagement.
Understanding and conveying the essentials of the course discipline through effective pedagogies that undergraduate students can master.
Maintaining high academic standards, while demonstrating equality and fairness in an undergraduate-focused environment.
Working successfully and productively in a team environment.
Performing the necessary duties of an adjunct instructor to ensure high-quality instruction.
QualificationsRequired:
- Candidates must have earned a master’s degree in Business or an area related to their teaching discipline.
- Upon request, candidates must be able to provide proof of success in a teaching or training capacity.
