Position Overview

The Accessibility Resource Center (ARC) is seeking Student Worker candidates to support exam proctoring within our office along with other administrative tasks. We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Student Workers to support our work in providing academic accommodations to students with disabilities. Student Workers will primarily assist with exam proctoring, administrative tasks, and general office support. We are seeking candidates who are willing to work a maximum of 15 hours per week within the hours of 8:45am-4:15pm, Monday
- Friday. Candidates will have the same set schedule every week in alignment with their availability. Student workers are required to work a minimum of 4.5 hours during finals (excluding weekends). Student workers are also required to attend mandatory training sessions, which will be scheduled based on team availability.

Responsibilities
  • Provide test proctoring support to students registered with ARC who require extended time for testing, a reduced distraction environment for testing, a scribe, or other accommodations.
  • Assist with exam set‑up, monitoring, and pick‑up/drop‑off procedures.
  • Provide support to students registered with ARC.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
