The School of Business seeks a temporary Adjunct Faculty member for the Fall 2026 semester.

• Promoting the mission and vision of the TCNJ School of Business.
• Providing engaging, enthusiastic, and student‑centered teaching to undergraduates.
• Establishing a professional classroom atmosphere that encourages mutual respect and civil engagement.
• Understanding and conveying the essentials of the course discipline through effective pedagogies that undergraduate students can master.
• Maintaining high academic standards while demonstrating equality and fairness in an undergraduate‑focused environment.
• Working successfully and productively in a team environment.
• Performing the necessary duties of an adjunct instructor to ensure high‑quality instruction.

• Candidates must have earned a master’s degree in Business or an area related to their teaching discipline.
• Upon request, candidates must be able to provide proof of success in a teaching or training capacity.
