Following the established ETASA Salary Guide based on experience ranging from $138,197 to $156,419 for the 2026-27 school year
BENEFITS:

Ewing Public Schools announces an employment opportunity for a Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction
- Guidance, Health/PE, and HIB
Job Goal:
To provide leadership in the areas of curriculum, instruction, evaluation and management of assigned content area(s). Service as the Anti-Bullying Coordinator and develop programs that promote a positive and harmonious school environment ensuring compliance with all HIB policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
* NJ Department of Education Supervisor certification is required.
* Possess five (5) years of successful teaching experience preferred
* Possess a Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
* Knowledge of NJ HIB legislation. Experience implementing the law in practice preferred.
* Displays knowledge and understanding of curriculum development, professional development standards, program evaluation, effective instructional strategies, classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis and research related to learning.
* Demonstrated experience in instructional leadership.
* Proficiency in the observation and evaluation of staff members.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
