SALARY: Following the established ETASA Salary Guide based on experience ranging from $138,197 to $156,419 for the 2026-27 school year.

BENEFITS: Full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, and Dental Benefits and will be enrolled in the appropriate NJ Pension Program.

LOCATION: District Schools

Job Goal: To provide leadership in the areas of curriculum, instruction, evaluation and management of assigned content area(s). Service as the Anti-Bullying Coordinator and develop programs that promote a positive and harmonious school environment ensuring compliance with all HIB policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• NJ Department of Education Supervisor certification is required.
• Possess five (5) years of successful teaching experience preferred.
• Possess a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Knowledge of NJ HIB legislation. Experience implementing the law in practice preferred.
• Displays knowledge and understanding of curriculum development, professional development standards, program evaluation, effective instructional strategies, classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis and research related to learning.
• Demonstrated experience in instructional leadership.
• Proficiency in the observation and evaluation of staff members.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
