Position Overview: The Office of Art and Art Education is seeking candidates for Art & Art Education – Student Representative . Art and Art Education Representative assists the department with various events, representing Art and Art Education.

Responsibilities:

• Speaking with prospective Art/Art Education Majors and families
• Lead studio/building tours in the AIMM building
• Assist Art/Art Ed faculty and staff at events

Learning Objectives:

• Representatives will gain effective communication skills by socializing with prospective students
• Representatives will gain experience in leadership in addition to active listening and self-expression
• Student Representatives will build their professionalism for future opportunities

• Responsible and great work ethic
• Welcoming and collaborative demeanor
