--0 [Nutrition Assistant / Diet Tech] As a Dietary Assistant at Greenwood House, you'll:
Prepare and deliver meals under the supervision of a Cook, and, as may be directed by the Food Services Director/Dietary Manager to ensure that quality food service is provided at all times;
Set up tables or other dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order;
Prepare meals under the supervision of a dietary manager or cook;
Take down dining areas and collect plates, glasses, etc.;
Discard leftovers and take out garbage;
Stock ingredients and monitor inventory.
