Overview
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Ewing Township, New Jersey.
ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat adults and/or geriatric patients with communication and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, document accurately, and adhere to facility and regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active New Jersey SLP license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Experience evaluating and treating dysphagia, cognitive-communication disorders, and use of standardized assessment tools preferred.
- Prior travel SLP experience preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred.

Hours:
08:30-16:30. - Shift Days:
Monday through Friday. - Guaranteed hours: 30 per week.

Serve patients in a skilled nursing environment and contribute to improved functional communication and swallowing outcomes. Provide evidence-based interventions, collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation teams, and support safe discharge planning.
