Human Resources (HR) Manager – Robert Half, Ewing, NJ. Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee a wide range of HR functions. This high‑level, hands‑on role requires 7+ years of HR Generalist or Management experience and is ideal for a team player who can work independently and support employees across the organization.

Responsibilities- Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Administer employee benefits programs with timely communication and compliance.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to support a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including I-9 verification.
- Partner with leadership to support organizational goals and HR initiatives that drive engagement.
- Oversee multi‑state payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.
- Manage and optimize HRIS systems to streamline workflows and maintain accurate records.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall HR efficiency and effectiveness.
- 7 years of experience in human resources management or a related field.
- Professional communication skills.
- Comfortable using an HRIS system.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Payroll experience is a plus.
